Bake for 10 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown. We served our sandwiches with cheese, ketchup, and pickles. We also baked some Sweet Potato fries as a side dish!
- Boneless pork chops (about 6)
- Lawry's seasoning salt
- 2 egg whites, whisked
- panko bread crumbs
- non-stick spray
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Pound each pork chop out until 1/4" thick. Season both sides with seasoning salt. (Feel free to cut the fatty meat off of the pork chop).
- Setup 2 shallow dishes for breading. Pour the egg white in one and pour panko bread crumbs in the other.
- Dip each chop in the egg white, then into the bread crumbs. Place on a non-stick sprayed, foil covered baking sheet. Spray the tops with more non-stick spray.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the chops are golden brown and cooked all the way through.
