We had our 6 year anniversary dinner here and through OpenTable we were able to reserve our table in advance and let them know we preferred seating on the patio. Valet was only $3 and very efficient. The hostesses were kind and asked us if we still wanted to sit outside when they greeted us. Our waitress, Kira, was top notch. Very accommodating and always smiling. She answered all of our questions and even reccommended a couple things. I ordered a Lemon Drop Martini and Chhally enjoyed a beer. The warm biscuits with honey butter that they give you were very good!







We split the Shrimp Tempura sushi roll ($7.5 for a small) as an appetizer and it was okay. Not great, but not bad either. 







We ordered the Seafood Mixed Grill ($28) and the Southern Fried Softshell Crab ($26) for our entrees. Both were very good and fresh. Presentation was nice. My seafood was cooked perfectly and the mango tartar sauce that accompanied it was so tasty! 





I substituted one of my sides for their Lobster Mac N Cheese for a few dollars more. I really was excited to try this and I heard it was amazing! I loved it!




For dessert we opted for their Strawberry Shortcake and it was way better than we thought it was going to be! Strawberry puree, homemade strawberry ice cream, homemade whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy shortbread cake. The finest example of what this dessert is supposed to be like! When the bill came, our waitress told us that dessert was on the house as their way of saying Happy Anniversary! Wonderful surprise and service. 





We loved it and would go back. The only problem we encountered during our dinner were the tables next to us. To our left there was a group of loud and rude ladies who talked and laughed so ridiculously loud! I could barely hear Chhally talking. And to our right, there was a table of four who started arguing and caused a small scene. We know it's not the restaurant's fault, though. So if you're going to Devon for a date night, ask for a table away from others!
