S'mores Smorgasbord - 3 Easy S'mores-Themed Desserts

Bonfire season is approaching which means it's officially s'mores season. Get your s'mores fix with these three easy recipes, no bonfire required. All three of these recipes use 5 ingredients or less and will bring your s'mores game to the next level. 

Recipe #1: S'mores Dip




3-Ingredient S'mores Dip

  • Chocolate bars
  • Marshmallows
  • Graham Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Break apart chocolate bars and place at the bottom of a baking-safe dish. 
  3. Place baking dish in the oven until chocolate softens and melts. 
  4. Remove the dish, top with marshmallows. Place back in the oven under low broil to get the marshmallows golden brown. 
  5. Once the marshmallows are browned, remove and service with graham cracker squares, pretzels, and strawberries. 


Recipe #2: S'mores Milk Shake



5-Ingredient S'mores Milkshake

  • 1 cup Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/2 Hershey's Chocolate bar, broken into pieces
  • 3-4 Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Milk or Almond Milk
  • 2 Graham Crackers
  1. Add ice cream, chocolate bar, marshmallows, milk and 1.5 of the graham crackers into a blender.
  2. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour into a serving cup, garnish with the other 1/2 graham cracker - crushed into pieces. 


Recipe #3: S'mores Bark



 S'mores Bark


  • 2 bags of milk chocolate chips
  • 3 cups of pretzel sticks
  • 4 marshmallows, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 graham cracker
  1. Place 2 bags of milk chocolate chips into a crockpot on low setting. Let sit until the chocolate has melted. 
  2. Stir in bite size pieces of marshmallows
  3. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  4. Spread pretzel sticks in a single layer over the aluminum foil.
  5. Slowly pour the melted chocolate and marshmallow mix over the pretzels. 
  6. Using a rubber spatula or spoon, spread the chocolate mixture all over the cookie sheet making sure to keep the layer even. 
  7. Crumble the graham cracker and sprinkle all over the top of the chocolate bark mixture. 
  8. Place in the fridge overnight. Once hardened, lift foil and break the bark up into smaller pieces. 
  9. Store in airtight container.
