Fat Free Fourth of July Dessert

I made this cheap, easy, and healthy dessert for the family on the 3rd after a huge BBQ dinner of ribs, pulled pork, potato salad, and corn. It was a perfect balance to the heavy meal and it's FAT-FREE! With patriotic colors in celebration of Independence Day. Double points! And when served in clear plastic cups, it looks really decorative and fancy. Perfect for individual servings. 

Amounts will vary depending on how many you have to feed. Here's what you need:
• strawberries 
• blueberries
• angel food cake (fat free)
• whipped cream or whipped topping (fat free)

Light prep work in cleaning and cutting the strawberries. 

Then cutting the angel food cake into chunks. 

You could layer in any order you'd like. I started with the cake first, then a layer of Cool Whip, then strawberries. Repeat but alternating with blueberries. Then top with more whipped cream and fruit garnish. 

Really simple and budget-friendly.
